My 3 keys to success

Welcome to EH-immobilier and me, Erlend Haugen. I am your real estate agent in Haute-Savoie 100% focused on the "selling-side" of the transaction. I have a great passion for real estate for 20 years, before as a professional real estate photographer and I `worked with many real estate agencies in Haute-Savoie - where I have "seen it all".

I am originally from Norway, and in Scandinavian countries it`s a different spirit around the sale of a property - and it takes only in average 50 days between the ad being published and an offer being accepted. In France you have to calculate with at least double of that time. For me, my goal and my standard, is that of in Norway.

In Haute-Savoie, the agencies that take care of luxury mountain-chalets traditionally work very well with their presentations. In my opinion, all properties, whether it is a villa in the Arve Valley, an apartment in Sallanches - or a chalet in Samoëns deserve a high-end presentation. If I take a mandate, it will always include a professional photoshoot, aerial shots by drone and ads on the best platforms in France - and internationally. I speak French, English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and German - to deal with customers from all over Europe and overseas.  

The key is 100% focus, a high-end presentation and a great responsiveness in front of each potential buyer. This is because I will not take care of management, rental, trusteeship or life annuity sales like a classic real estate agency in Haute-Savoie. I focus all my energy, experience and passion - on the sale of your home. This is also the reason I have limited the number of properties I will take care of to 10 - and I will never engage with two properties in the same sector that compete.
